Exploring Bedroom and Workplace Design Preferences

This study explores bedroom and workplace design preferences.
On average, individuals spend about one-third of their lives sleeping and a significant portion of their waking hours at their workplaces (almost 2/3 of our lives in these two environments), making the design of bedrooms and workplaces crucial for well-being and productivity.
